Rates and offers for rental by the hour, during daytime:
Up to 4 hours during the day, generally possible between 10 am. and 8 pm.
For two people without overnight stay, including the use of the entire Residenz 160,-€

For two people without overnight stay, including the use of the entire Residenz 200,-€

S&M holiday – overnight arrangements
Up to 24 hours including overnight accommodation for two people in the double room Deluxe: 280 €
Up to 24 hours including overnight accommodation for two people in the double room Standard: 260 €
Includes the use of the entire Residenz and one cell in the basement.
Daily fee for your own guests per person, invited by you, daytime: 50,- € (overnight without a room, cell only: 80,- €)

Special price for 2 nights:
Double room Deluxe including one cell in the basement and the use of the entire Residenz: 440 €
Double room Standard including one cell in the basement and the use of the entire Residenz: 420 €
From the third night for the double room Deluxe: 170 €

EXCLUSIVE RENTAL OF THE RESIDENZ
If you are interested in absolute confidentiality or would like to organise your own party, the Residenz can also be rented exclusively to you. In this case, you are the only guests! Price on demand.
Cancellation Fee:
We charge no fee by cancellation 30 days before your stay.
We charge a fee of 30 % of the total price by cancellation 15 days before your stay.
We charge a fee of 70 % of the total price by cancellation 14 days or less before your stay.
